How It Works
Simple enough for 3am. Beautiful enough to wear every day.
In the fog of newborn life, it’s always the same two things:
- “Which side did I feed on last?”
- “How do I hold my top up without juggling everything?”
The Bond Bracelet turns both into muscle memory — one small move, one less thing to think about.
Step 1 — Last feed

Wear the bracelet on the side you last fed.
When you’re done feeding, simply leave it on that wrist.
No apps. No notes. No guessing later.
Step 2 — During the next feed

Use it to gently hold your top up while feeding.
Hook the bracelet over a neckline, strap, or fabric fold to keep material lifted and out of baby’s face — so you’re not holding fabric with your chin or straining your neck.
Works especially well with:
- tees and tanks
- knits and jumpers
- thicker loungewear and ribbed tops
Step 3 — Next feed

Switch wrists after the feed.
When baby’s finished, move the bracelet to the other wrist — that’s your “next side” marker for later.
Even if you’re half asleep, you’ll know where to start.
Why mums keep it on
Because it’s not just functional — it’s a small piece of support you can actually feel.
A daily reminder that you’re doing better than you think.
Tiny tips (that make it even easier)
- Adjust the fit: it’s an open cuff — gently tighten or loosen for comfort.
- One-handed use: once you’ve done it a few times, it becomes second nature.
